Skechers Men's Dresser-Harold Boot

Skechers Men's Dresser-Harold Boot Overview

Trim, tough and good looking, the Dresser-Pertain lace-up is dressy enough for work and, at the same time, a great casual look for jeans. The ankle-high design is constructed with a distressed leather upper and features a rounded toe, contrast stitching, and metal stud accent on the side, adding just the right flair. Well-made and stylish, this boot is sure to become an everyday favorite.

Skechers Men's Dresser-Harold Boot Review

I bought this boot for its handsome looks, and low price. They do look very good with jeans, like another reviewer said, they look better with dark denim.
I bought these in my normal size 12, and they fit well. They do not have very much in way of support and comfort however, and the heel feels a little high and hard, so they can be uncomfortable to wear for long lengths of time. I have in-soles that I put in to improve this, although I think I will need better ones. For me I think I need more arch support for these, because the ride is a bit jarring on both the heel and front of the foot. So as far as comfort, this is really the shoe's Achille's heel.
I work at a home improvement store, and these have become my work shoe. The leather does not let any water inside, which is nice working in the nursery, and the soles have excellent grip. After walking through water, they seem to stick to dry pavement as though I had stepped in gum. Pretty cool. They are not steel-toe, but they do offer enough protection to where I feel safe kicking stuff around without any worries.
All in all, I really like these boots, hopefully some arch supports help the comfort factor so I can continue wearing them.
